Name: Amanda

  • Age: 9-10 years old
  • Gender: female
  • Color: Calico
  • Type: Cats, Female
  • Vacinated: yes

Amanda is a beautiful Calico, approximately 9-10 years old and it is thought that she spent several years as a stray. This loving purr machine is so appreciative to have love, a warm bed and a full belly in foster care. She is medically healthy and has so much life left to live. If you are looking for an affectionate companion, look no further…Amanda has a moderate energy level and gets along with small dogs and other kitties in her foster home. Her personality very easily meshes with others. She allows handling, head bumps and pets. Amanda is food motivated but has a mostly wet food based diet as she only has a few teeth left from the years her dental health was neglected. This little short and stout chickadee is just waiting to fill your home with warmth. She is outgoing with most people she meets and will curiously explore her new surroundings before curling up on the couch with you. Amanda didn’t have the luxury of toys most of her life so she will need to continue to learn about such things in her forever home as she is currently doing in foster care. Please get ready to bond over some lickable pushup treats with this lovely lady though! She recently had a dental, and is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing sterilization services and medical care to the stray cats in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our focus is finding homes for stray cats who’ve been abandoned and giving them a new chance at a loving home.
We are passionate about educating the community on the wellbeing of the stray animals in their neighborhood while also improving people’s lives by providing spay/neuter services to reduce the homeless animals on the streets.
We are a foster home and donation based rescue.
