Screech lives up to his name with the cutest little chirps for food.  He is one smart dude and followed one of our volunteers to her car one day and practically jumped in begging to be rescued.  He is likely just under a year and by the size of his paws still has some growing to do.  He is his foster’s shadow and follows her around hoping for food and cuddles. He is good with other cats and very affectionate. Can you take this West Philly boy from rags to riches and welcome him into your home?
