Our really good friend and awesome rescuer Nina Love reached out about a cat that was sent to her on Instagram in really bad shape. She contacted us and asked if we\u2019d be able to help. Of course we said yes and Milo was at our vet Washington Ave Animal Hospital getting treatment within the hour.<\/p>\n\n

Milo is about 1 year old and has a host of issues with the largest being a ruptured eye from untreated upper respiratory infections. He was anemic, a temperature of 104, and a double ear infection. He was admitted to the hospital on antibiotics and pain medicine hoping to bring his infection and anemia under control.<\/p>\n\n

After a few days of medicine, Milo was strong enough to have his eye removal surgery.<\/p>\n\n

Milo headed home to foster care a few days after his surgery. This little guy is the sweetest thing in the world! He enjoys being read stories by his foster sister. Loves playing with his toys and getting cuddles.<\/p>\n\n

Through his recovery, Milo still has the head tilt we thought was brought on by an ear infection. During his checkup, they found what they believer to be a polyp dep in his ear canal causing the tilt! They are unable to remove it there so he has an appointment with a specialty hospital for the surgery.<\/p><\/div>\n\n
