Hello all, this is Diana. She is a sassy, cuddly, friendly, and vocal tuxie, approximately 1-2 years old. She sleeps in bed with her foster mom every night, and will make biscuits on you! She absolutely LOVES treats, food – esp. wet food, kitty water fountains, cat trees, toys of any kind and will eat whatever you put in front of her. She is talkative with the cutest meows, especially when she wants food, water, attention, or her litter box to be cleaned. She’s a Princess.
Diana has CH. For those who do not know, CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) is a condition that causes her to be mildly wobbly and uncoordinated, mild tremors with purposeful movement (for her its bobbing her head while eating – very adorable), and a “marching” gait at times- again very adorable. She gets around great, users her litter box, plays, and jumps. She is pretty much a normal cat!
Her foster has another cat with CH and his is a bit worse – hers is mild. She can jump and climb whereas her other cat has trouble. CH cats are the BEST cats in the world – they win your heart so quickly. The condition is not contagious, painful, and it does not alter life expectancy.. It is even entertaining to watch them play!
She also coexists with the resident kitty very well but he’s very aggressive with play and kind of a nuisance to her. She would be great with another kitty though who is gentle and nice. Diana is the good one! Haha.
