Stringer is a beautiful floofy boy who lived for several years outside an apartment complex in South Philly. Apparently he was put outside after his owner passed away. The residents fed him but no one brought him inside! We found him curled up on a sweat shirt on a cold day in the parking lot.  He loves pets and is good with other cats he can handle his playful and social personality . He purrs up a storm and likes the company of both his foster mom and foster brothers.  His age is estimated at 5 years old.
