Samuel L. Biscuits is a super friendly guy who was found in the Fishtown neighborhood by a caring person who didn’t want to just leave him outside, so he took Samuel in and has been fostering him ever since. This gorgeous marbled tabby is very sweet and absolutely adores people. He really enjoys head scratches and spends lots of time making biscuits.  Samuel is talkative, playful, and has adjusted very well to being indoors. He has not been around dogs or cats yet, but given his amiable personality, it seems like he would be fine with  other pets given the proper introductions.  If you are looking for a super affectionate lovebug, this is the cat for you!
