Name: Jamie

  • Age: 1-2 years
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Jamie is from an empty lot in Kensington. He showed up at a managed colony seeming confused and clearly out of place. He was super affectionate and kept rubbing all over a volunteer there, and she could not leave him behind. Since then, he has been very comfortable inside and has had no desire to go back out, although he does enjoy birdwatching from the windowsill. Jamie loves the company of other cats and dogs, and he especially loves people. He has a tendency to follow you around the house and just hang out wherever you happen to be.  Jamie can be playful and energetic, but he will just as easily crawl into your lap for some pets and cuddling.  He’s a really good boy and he deserves a loving, forever home to call his own.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing sterilization services and medical care to the stray cats in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our focus is finding homes for stray cats who’ve been abandoned and giving them a new chance at a loving home.
We are passionate about educating the community on the wellbeing of the stray animals in their neighborhood while also improving people’s lives by providing spay/neuter services to reduce the homeless animals on the streets.
We are a foster home and donation based rescue.
