Matty and Andy are a bonded pair who have been through a lot! They were abandoned three years ago at a pier in South Philly. A lovely woman adopted them both but unfortunately had to give them up when she went into an assisted living facility. Andy is super friendly and loves head scratches while Matty is a little more reserved and depends on his brother for confidence. These guys need to be adopted together so they can continue to thrive.
