Meet Bill Rugby – Your Goofy Tuxedo Gentleman! 🖤🤍🎩

Bill Rugby may be dressed like he’s ready for a black-tie event, but don’t let the fancy outfit fool you—this 1-year-old tuxedo boy is a total goofball at heart!

With his expressive face, bouncy energy, and endless curiosity, Bill Rugby turns every day into a comedy show. He’s the kind of cat who will chase his own tail, get surprised by his own shadow, and then dramatically flop over for belly rubs like he meant to do it all along.

Bill is playful, social, and loves being where the action is. Whether he’s zooming through the hallway, chirping at the birds, or trying to “help” you type, he brings joy and laughter wherever he goes. He’s also a big fan of snuggles once he’s gotten his sillies out.

Looking for a cat with personality, charm, and a whole lot of love to give? Bill Rugby is ready to entertain you—and steal your heart.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
