Name: Binx and Emily

  • Age: 2 months
  • Color: Black
  • Type: Female, Kittens, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Binx and Emily are a bonded brother-sister pair, formerly fending for themselves outside. Since coming into foster, they have both blossomed into affectionate purr-machines. Binx is the braver of the two and always ready for an adventure. His curious, playful personality has landed him in some funny places, such as stuck inside a tall, empty trash can. Emily is on the shy side and may need some encouragement (AKA treats) with new people, but once she relaxes, she’s the purrfect lap-cat. She’s happier letting Binx explore first before she decides to follow, but she doesn’t like to be away from him for long. Once they settle down for a nap, they love to sleep cuddled together, sometimes even hugging. Binx and Emily are friendly with other cats, but they would probably do best in a home without dogs. They would also do best in a home without small children.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
