Boots was rescued from a high kill shelter after being surrendered by someone who only had him for 3 days. The dog in the home was being aggressive towards Boots and poor Boots could not even defend himself because his original owner who is unknown had him declawed. This beautiful boy is estimated to be around 6 years old. He is very friendly, loveable and cuddly. He is patiently waiting for his new home at the Petvalu in South Philly.
