Once upon a time Carter had a home but we don’t know what happened to land him outside. One day he just turned up at mini South Philly colony. When his foster family took him in he was injured and scared. He was very nervous coming into his foster home but with time and patience his foster family has won him over.
He loves his cat buddies with all his heart and would hopefully go to a forever home with a cat or someone who works from home. He adores chin and lower back scratches. When he’s really comfy he’ll even treat you to some purrs & biscuits! He is really making a lot of progress from that shy boy to a sweet buddy. Will you give Carter the loving home he deserves?
