Charlie and her sister Houston were rescued in the Point Breeze area of South Philly. They were severely underweight and had upper respiratory infections. They were put into foster care for some TLC. Now that they are healthy, they are ready to find their foverever home together. Charlie and Houston are a bonded pair of sweet little sisters. They are currently at Pensauken Animal Hospital (adoption center) waiting for the perfect family.
