Meet Cleveland! Cleveland is likely a younger boy around 3 years old. He came from a hoarding situation where he roamed the streets access the house through a basement window.  One day he came to find that basement window all boarded up.  Luckily neighbors reached out for help immediately and the cats were rescued.
