Meet Spice & Comet – A Second Chance for Two Beautiful Souls

For most of their lives, Spice and Comet have only known the outside world. Abandoned years ago, these stunning tortie girls found comfort in each other while surviving in a colony, facing the seasons side by side. But now, at 8-9 years old, they finally have a chance to experience the warmth, love, and safety of a real home.

Spice, true to her name, has a little spark in her personality—curious, observant, and learning to trust the kindness of humans. Comet, with her gentle nature, is finding joy in the simple things like soft blankets and quiet moments of affection. Together, they are discovering that love isn’t just something to watch from a distance—it’s something they, too, deserve.

These bonded girls need a patient, loving home where they can continue to blossom and feel safe. After so many years of uncertainty, will you be the one to show them what forever truly means? Come meet Spice and Comet and give them the second chance they’ve been waiting for.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
