Meet Conrad (aka Connie 💚)

Part tiger, part chill, this tiny striped gentleman is 100% love. Conrad—Connie to his friends—is a teenage boy who believes in doing everything with enthusiasm: he plays hard, cuddles harder, and naps like it’s an Olympic sport.

With his striking tabby markings and bright, curious eyes, Connie has the look of a little jungle cat—but his personality is all sweetheart. He’s affectionate, social, and happiest when he’s near his people, whether that means chasing toys across the floor or curling up for a well-earned snuggle.

Conrad had a rough start in life. He was abandoned in an apartment complex before he was even fully grown, but despite that, he hasn’t lost his trust in humans or his hope for a forever family. He’s resilient, loving, and ready to start his next chapter.

Connie would thrive in a home with another young, playful cat to romp around with, wrestle, and burn off that teenage energy—but he’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love himself.

If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion with a big heart and a little tiger flair, Conrad just might be your perfect match. 🐾💙

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
