Name: Edie & Andy

  • Age: 5-6 years
  • Gender: female
  • Color: Gray & White
  • Type: Cats, Female, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Edie (female) & Andy (after the eponymous Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol) are a pair of bonded 5-year-old siblings. After their adopted dad passed earlier this year, they spent months hiding in a stressful environment where they were forcibly scared and mistreated. They were then rescued and placed in foster care where they’ve been warming up in preparation for their forever home.

These two are the sweetest, most gentle pair you could ask for. Andy is strong and brave, sheltering his sensitive but affectionate sister, Edie, who will come right out of her shell with a bit of vocal encouragement and lots of pets. Their bond is like no other! They have a rare love for each other that makes them impossible to separate. They couldn’t be happier as long as they’re together.

Edie & Andy love other cats too. They’re sweet-tempered, low maintenance cats who love lickable push-up treats, catnip toys and belly scratches. Whoever is lucky enough to make them a permanent addition to their family will feel immediate warmth within their home!

About Us

Stray Cat Relief is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing sterilization services and medical care to the stray cats in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our focus is finding homes for stray cats who’ve been abandoned and giving them a new chance at a loving home.
We are passionate about educating the community on the wellbeing of the stray animals in their neighborhood while also improving people’s lives by providing spay/neuter services to reduce the homeless animals on the streets.
We are a foster home and donation based rescue.
