Elwood is a very sweet guy from Northeast Philadelphia. He appeared at the home of a kind woman who lives near Pennypack Park, and she believes that he may have been dumped there, given how friendly and loving he is. Elwood is super affectionate toward people and dogs, but he is not a fan of other cats. When he is around people, he gives head butts, purrs, and enjoys sitting on laps. He also enjoys spending time on his cat tree and looking out the window. Elwood is very vocal and chill, as long as there are no other cats around. He also likes to cuddle with his person in bed at night. If you are looking for a dog friendly cat who loves people as well, Elwood is the cat for you!
