Felicity was abandoned by a previous owner in North Philly. Luckily, she was nearby to a local caretaker who provided her with food and shelter. The caretaker knew immediately she was a sweet, friendly floof! She came up for pets and meowed for affection. Now she if off the streets and ready for a home with someone who will never betray her again. She is very lovable, likes being cuddled up in your arms, and is a calm and gentle spirit. Felicity is 2 years old and is good with other cats and ready to be a new member of your family! She is currently at Chez Bow Wow Grooming Salon in Northern Liberties if you would like to meet her.
