Freddie is a king without a kingdom. He’s about 8 years old and was rescued from a colony in Philadelphia. Freddie is good with other cats, friendly to everyone he meets.  He’s currently lives with a foster family but there are so many other cats there and he’d really like to live in a home where he can get a little attention.
