James Blonde was sitting on a porch in North Philly in the freezing cold. A volunteer was trapping cats for a neighbor and spotted James sitting there for several days, so after inquiring with a few neighbors and finding out no one knew of an owner, she took him with her. He was starving and spent the next few days eating almost constantly. James is friendly, gentle, and playful. He has a pleasant personality and gets along well with other cats and dogs.
