Jenny was rescued in South Philly. It was clear that someone abandoned her on the streets without a care. Jenny is so loving and sweet and grateful to be off the street. It doesn’t take much to make this little girl happy. All she wants is head scratches, belly rubs, lots of love and a safe place to call home.
