Joan, the devoted mom of our SEPTA family, is now ready for a loving forever home! She’s just a baby herself and was likely once a housecat, discarded for one reason or another. She was left to fend for herself on the streets of Philadelphia and fell pregnant, left to find safety until she gave birth, eventually building a little safe haven for her 5 babies at the 63rd Street Station.
Joan has been an amazing mother, nursing her babies, keeping them clean, and now often joining them during their playtime. She loves to purrrr and absolutely LOVES to have her head scratched. She would prefer a dog free home and would be thrilled to live with one of her babies. Joan is the sweetest Mom and deserves a warm, safe, and calm place to call home.
