Meet Louie! The sweetest, nicest boy who was kicked out and left to fend for himself on the streets of North Philly. He was trapped as part of a mass TNR project and he was too loving to be released and clearly not thriving outside. He’s a little shy in exploring the house in his foster home with the other resident cats around but doesn’t shy away from wanting pets and affection from you! He’s very gentle and good with kids as he shares a room with his 11 year old roommate hehe. He is waiting for his second chance!
