Name: Louie & Edgar

  • Age: 6-9 years
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Brown Tabby/Black
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Meet bonded buddies Louie (brown tabby) and Edgar (black)! As many cats rescued from the streets Louis & Edgar have a sad past. Their previous owner was very ill and taken into a long term care hospital. The cats were left behind for a family member to come and care for them but they were soon abandoned in the house. A caring neighbor began feeding them through the basement window (somehow they got locked down there). We don’t know how long they were left but from what we were told it was several months.

We got them safely into foster and understandably they took a little time to warm up after that traumatizing experience. So they are shy boys at first but are really starting to show their sweet personalities! They are certainly bonded and give each other comfort but also are enjoying the love from their foster mom. Edgar now hops into laps for love and enjoys a good brushing. Louie loves the cat tree and lounging around. They both love love pets!! They are gentle, calm, and very loving. They will need some patience initially but we can see just how wonderful these gentle giants are!!

We estimate they around 6-9 years old.
