Yes, he is a magically wonderful cat! Not only is he a handsome mini panther but he is so incredibly lovable. He was living in a South Philly alley and I can assure you he’s one grateful kitty to be rescued. He loves catnip toys, is very social, affectionate, and curious. He seems unbothered by the other kitties at the adoption center and loves meeting new people. He definitely casts a spell on anyone he encounters!
