Tulip was found in a laundromat with her mom and three siblings when she was just days old . They were hiding behind one of the washing machines. Eventually, they were discovered and rescued. They are all about 9 weeks old now and ready for their forever homes. Tulip loves to play and snuggle and is very talkative! They are all currently in a foster home in South Philly.
