Name: Munch

  • Age: 3-5 years
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Brown Marble Tabby
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Munch was trapped in the Burholme section of Philadelphia. Unfortunately, he was not doing well on the streets at all.  He had puncture wounds on his head, patches of missing fur all over his body, and he was super skinny. He also had a cauliflower ear, most likely the result of untreated ear mites. Aside from all those issues, he had a beautiful marbled tabby coat, gorgeous eyes, and the cutest face. It turns out that Munch is a gentle, sweet guy who would love a quiet home where he can just sleep, eat, and be loved. He is currently living in a house with lots of other pets, both cats and dogs, and he is tolerant of everyone. Mostly, though, he keeps to himself and is a quiet, chill guy.  When he does talk, he has the cutest little squeaky meow I have ever heard! He likes to have his chunky cheeks rubbed and enjoys being pet gently on his head. If you have a quiet home and are looking for a chill, mellow cat, Munch is the perfect candidate.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing sterilization services and medical care to the stray cats in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our focus is finding homes for stray cats who’ve been abandoned and giving them a new chance at a loving home.
We are passionate about educating the community on the wellbeing of the stray animals in their neighborhood while also improving people’s lives by providing spay/neuter services to reduce the homeless animals on the streets.
We are a foster home and donation based rescue.
