NERO was struggling to survive on the streets of a North Philly neighborhood when he was picked up by a cat rescuer who happened to notice him eating part of a sandwich that had been thrown on the sidewalk. He was thin and very hungry. NERO was taken to a veterinary clinic, where he was neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, and given a flea treatment. He also tested negative for FIV and FeLV. NERO is a friendly, happy kitten who loves attention. His age is estimated to be 12-14 weeks. He purrs very loudly when picked up, and likes to knead on anything soft.
