Name: Newt

  • Age: 1.5 years old
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Grey
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Newt has had a rough year, but he’s ready for his forever family. This 1.5 yr old boy was abandoned by his previous owner, and he entered foster care as one terrified little kitty who could barely be touched. Since then, he’s flourished, cuddling with other cats, purring like a motor while he’s playing, and enjoying every bit of affection from his foster mom. He even talks to her in the silliest high pitched meow! He would do best with a home with other cats and an adopter who’s patient and understands he has a shy streak. This boy is so sweet and deserves to find his real FOREVER home. Apply today.

About Us

SCRF’s mission is to prevent kittens being born into homelessness by providing Trap-Neuter-Return services. Additionally, SCRF provides medical care to urgently-sick strays in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. Our focus is to find homes for stray cats who would have been abandoned and give them a chance at a loving home. We are 100% foster and donation based. We do not have a physical shelter location.
