Oscar appeared outside a school in North Philadelphia. The staff had noticed him walking around near the building and when a volunteer arrived to trap him, he was trying to eat out of a trash can. He was super friendly, absolutely starving, and went right into a carrier. Oscar has gorgeous long hair, is sweet, affectionate, and gets along with everyone he meets. This guy is the total package! Oscar enjoys being picked up and held, loves to follow you around the house, and is extremely gentle in demeanor. He has adjusted very quickly to his foster home, where he lives with other cats, a dog, and a child. Oscar would fit perfectly into just about any household and has lots of love to give!
