Oscar was trapped in South Philly as part of a mass TNR trapping. At first we didn’t think he was friendly but after a day he seemed content to accept pets. He went into foster and well he took no time at all to be a lover boy! He is very affectionate, loves pets, and likes to curl up with his foster at night in his bed. He can’t get enough love! He’s also very mellow and calm at the same time. He seems happy just to be inside and getting lots of love.
