Pebbles is a beautiful little girl, around 2 years old. She was found as a stray in South Philly and trapped as part of a TNR project and it was discovered that she was in fact too friendly for the outdoor life. Pebbles is sweet and sassy! She loves being brushed and pet. She has come out of her shell since she’s been in her foster home and starting to show just how wonderful her personality really is.
