Meet Penelope! She is from a litter of 3 and definitely has the most spunk.  Penelope loves to explore and play with her siblings and toys. One of her favorite activities is to hide her toy mice in your bed, so look out for those! Penelope is both playful and loving. When she isn’t adventuring, she’s purring in your lap. She’s great with people and will trust anyone to hold and pet her. She isn’t the biggest fan of her foster family’s dogs though. Penelope is so sweet and energetic, with her white mittens and heart nose she’s the purrfect kitten for any family.
