Meet Petey!
Petey is an irresistibly cute and affectionate black kitten who will melt your heart the moment you meet him. He was rescued from an outdoor cat colony in the Lawndale area of Northeast Philly and was originally part of a TNR (trap-neuter-return) program—so yes, his little ear is tipped! But Petey’s gentle nature and love for people made it clear he belonged in a cozy home, not back outside.

While in foster care, Petey has absolutely thrived. He adores human attention, loves to snuggle, and will happily chase wand toys until he tuckers himself out. Petey was born with a shorter right hind leg, but that doesn’t stop him one bit—he runs, jumps, and plays just like any other kitten. You’d hardly even notice his difference.

Petey is friendly with kids once he’s had a little time to warm up and would make a wonderful companion for almost any family. With his sweet personality and playful spirit, he’s ready to bring love and joy into his forever home.

💕 Could Petey be the one to steal your heart?
