Phillip was found on the streets of Port Richmond. He was shivering and curled up in a ball with a big wound on his neck. He was taken to the vet right away and had a very high fever because of the infected wound. The vet cleaned the wound and gave him meds for his fever. He is doing much better now in his foster home where he is safe and warm. Phillip is a very friendly, loveable little boy, around 9 months old. Would you like to meet him?
