Hi, I am Phoebe. I am around 4 months old and I am so happy to get to be a kitten now. My mom Gracie and I were rescued from North Philly. We were living on a very busy place called Broad street and we needed a safe place to live. While I was skittish of people at first I am learning to trust them. I have become warm and playful in my foster home. My favorite is climbing the cat trees and chasing all the toys!

I really love my mom and it would be great to find a home together.
