Name: Phoebe

  • Age: 1 year
  • Gender: female
  • Color: Black
  • Type: Cats, Female
  • Vacinated: yes

Phoebe, the midnight-hued princess, is a black beauty who was abandoned by her human, leaving her with a sprinkle of shyness of new encounters. Can you blame her? Picture a tiny velvet shadow who whispers, ‘Oh please, no speedy hellos—she’s not comfortable with sudden moves. Once a street-castaway, she’s now blooming into a cuddly gem—but only when she says so, because this lady sets the snuggle rules. With a purr that says ‘I trust you,’ she’s a secret lap-warmer who gets along with fellow felines like a pro.

Phoebe’s passions? Gobbling up treats with the gusto of a tiny foodie queen and parking her fluffy self in front of Cat TV—those birds? Mesmerizing! Give her a slow, gentle welcome, and this bashful belle will reward you with love, biscuits, and the cutest side-eye when the snacks run low. Adopt Phoebe, and let her tiptoe into your world, one cautious cuddle at a time!

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
