Name: Roddy

  • Age: 5 years
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Brown & White Tabby
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Roddy is a super handsome big boi! He was rescued from the South Philly streets where he was found suffering from an ear infection.  Once inside he decided to show us what a super sweet kitty he was. He has turned into his foster’s shadow every morning, following her around rubbing on her legs.  He now loves to lounge on the couch and be your tv buddy, getting lots of pets and some belly rubs.  His white socks in the back are pulled up to his knees and while his front socks are scrunched down to his paws….clearly the next fashion icon! He has been fixed and is up to date on shots and negative for Felv and FIV. He is such a great cat and will be your best friend.

Roddy lives with several other resident and foster cats, he does well with them but would be ok solo or just with one or two other kitty buddies.

About Us

Stray Cat Relief, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing medical care to stray cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Our mission focuses on rehoming abandoned stray cats, offering them a chance for a loving home.

We are committed to community education on the welfare of stray animals and aim to enhance the quality of life for people by offering spay/neuter services, thereby reducing the number of homeless animals on the streets. Operating through foster homes and supported by donations, Stray Cat Relief is a rescue organization.
