Name: Smokey

  • Age: 8-10
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Gray
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Smokey was well known kitty of a South Philly neighborhood.  Everyone knew Smokey and looked after him and made sure he was fed everyday.  One of Smokey’s caretakers noticed that he wasn’t looking so good and was having trouble chewing his food.  He also had a wound on his ear that was bleeding.  So off to the vet he went.  He needed some dental work and his ear wound was repaired, which now as you can see, makes his ear look a little crooked.  We think it gives him character!  Smokey is recovering in one of our foster homes while he waits for his forever home.  This old guy is so grateful for a warm bed and makes it known with lots of love.  He is such a good boy and we want to make sure he never has to live on the harsh streets again.  Will you be his hero?
