Name: Stanley Purrbrick

  • Age: 2-3 years
  • Gender: male
  • Color: Black
  • Type: Cats, Male
  • Vacinated: yes

Stanley Purrbrick is an angel! He is very shy & skittish, but just needs some patience & kindness! He took several months to allow someone to touch him. Prior to that, he would run & hide. He would never & still hasn’t shown an ounce of aggression! He has never swiped, hissed, scratched or bit. He now allows pets & he really gets into it! He purrs so loudly, & greets his foster mom with a sweet meow! He loves other cats! We truly believe if he had a kitty friend, he would really come out of his shell! He was first able to be pet him when resident kitty Amelie was in his room, who he just wants to be friends with. Thankfully, now he will come up to his foster mom even if she’s not in there and getting more social. He loves to be pet, he also loves to be brushed! He loves to sunbathe & even has a little catio that he really enjoys!

He is a very laid back guy who would love to have a kitty friend! He’s lonesome because he cries out for the resident cats so he definitely needs friendly cats who wants to be his friend! If you are looking for a sweet kitty and willing to be a patient cat parent and/or you have a cat that needs a friend, Stanley Purrbrick is for you!

About Us

SCRF’s mission is to prevent kittens being born into homelessness by providing Trap-Neuter-Return services. Additionally, SCRF provides medical care to urgently-sick strays in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. Our focus is to find homes for stray cats who would have been abandoned and give them a chance at a loving home. We are 100% foster and donation based. We do not have a physical shelter location.
