Tilly was found as a stray, another kitty abandoned by her owner. She was microchipped, but when we contacted the owner, she denied Tilly was hers. Tilly is 7 years old, but you wouldn’t know it because she plays like a kitten. She loves catnip and wand toys! She also loves to relax with you and snuggle on the couch. Her foster mom says she is a complete love bug. If you are interested in meeting Tilly, she is currently in a foster home in South Philly.
