Tortilla was rescued from Southwest Philly during a mass trapping. He was severely matted and scarred from flea bites. After a good bath, lion cut and a few hearty meals, this boy has shown his true colors! He is a sweet but skeptical boy that needs just a little time to get to know his human friends. Once Tortilla is comfortable, he become the most vocal and loving guy! He is a long-haired kitty so the ideal adopter would need to work with him to keep his beautiful coat in good condition.
