Woolite
The Little Shadow Who Learned to Be Seen 🖤

Woolite spent his earliest days surviving the only way a tiny winter kitten could—by slipping through a hole in the wall of an old apartment building and disappearing into the dark, forgotten basement below. Down there, the world was cold and echoing, but the warm pipes overhead became his sanctuary. He’d race across them like a flicker of smoke, a silent streak of fur darting from beam to beam, always watching, always listening, always learning how to stay alive.

But even shadows deserve a chance to step into the light.

The moment he was finally found, trembling but brave, Woolite didn’t hiss or hide—he leaned in. He wanted warmth, safety, a heartbeat to curl against. Now he’s discovering the softness he never knew existed: gentle hands, cozy blankets, toys that don’t require survival instincts, and naps where he doesn’t have to keep one eye open.

Woolite is ready for a home where he can trade the cold pipes for a warm lap, the darkness for sunlight, and the life of a shadow for the life of a cherished, adored kitten. He’s small, resilient, and so ready to be someone’s little light.
