Let’s all welcome Duncan to the Stray Cat Relief family! Duncan was found in the Graduate area of South Philly at the end of December. A concerned neighbor posted about him and one of our volunteers offered assistance. Poor Duncan is so dirty and thin but an extremely sweet boy. He’s now had multiple vet visits to determine why he isn’t gaining weight as he should.

Duncan is a work in progress but we’re very confident he’s going to show up on our success story page very soon!!
